Reagan International Airport (DCA)
Our driver will meet you on the lower level at the outer curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. Before coming out of the terminal call us at 301-613-6648. Please use the exit baggage claim area for your arriving flight.
BWI & Dulles Airport
Our driver will meet you inside the baggage claim area of your arriving flight.
International Travelers
Our driver will meet you inside the terminal outside the Customs with a name sign.
Union Station
Our driver will meet you at the middle curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window.
Very Important:
Domestic flight: 30 minutes after the flight is landing (No waiting fee will apply)
International flight: 45 minutes after the flight is landing (No waiting fee will apply)
Waiting fee: $ 10.00 every 15 minutes (Airport only)
Stop in route: $10.00 up to 15 minutes (after 15 minutes the hourly rate will apply)

Flight Delay or Cancelled No charge will apply. The flight number, passenger’s cell phone and city of departure are required for all airports pick-up. Delay or cancelled, relax your driver will be waiting for you at no additional charge.
* Do not leave the airport, if you are unable to locate the driver. Call the office at 301-613-6648 or 1-800-995-7090. Failure to do so, you will be charge as a no-show (full price of the trip).
Mileage Rate
Rates and Miles Matrix based upon $25.00 + $2.25 for each mile after the first five. Up to 100 miles (Rates: $238.75), after the first 100.00 the rates will be double Gratuity at your discretion.
