* YLF Limousine & Sedan Services accepts American Express, MasterCard & Visa. All rides are billed to a customer's credit card.
* YLF Limousine & Sedan Services automatically charges a customer's credit card with gratuity 15 %. Gratuity for sedan job, airport transfer and 20% Gratuity and 5% tax will    be billed with the fare. It is not necessary to give the driver any cash or your credit card. Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion.
 
 
Rates:
 
 
    • Base fare operates on a point-to-point basis.
    • Waiting time, tolls, parking and stops are additional charges.
    • All rides are subject to voucher service charges (15% Gratuity)

    • Child Seats ($7.00 will be added to the actual fare)
    • Meet and Greet charges at the airports ($10.00 will be added to the actual fare)
 
 
Waiting Time:
 
 
    • For airport pick- ups; A 30 minute grace period is given after posted flight arrival time for domestic and 45 minutes for international
    • For non-airport pick-up-ups; a grace period of 15 minutes is given.
    • Once grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in 15 minute increments.
 
 
Extra Stops:
 
 
    • Extra stops en-route are charged $10.00 for up to 15 minutes,
    • If stop time is over 15 minutes, the appropriate vehicle waiting time charges applies.
    • Out of route stops: Full fare (mileage rate will apply)
 
 
Hourly Charges:
 
 
    • Sedan: $ 50.00/hour. 2 hour minimum.
    • Limousine, Van, Buses and Coach : Call For a Quote
    • Out Of Washington DC: sedans are charged at point to point rates plus applicable charges for waiting time, tolls, and stops.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 
 

Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations. Changes and cancellations can be made by calling YLF Limousine & Sedan Services at 1-800-995-7090. Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time or flight arrival. Full fare, including a 20% service charge, will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated driver meeting area.
If you cannot locate your driver, call YLF Limousine & Sedan Services 1-800-995-7090 or 301-613-6648. To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without communicating with YLF Limousine & Sedan Services. YLF Limousine & Sedan Services is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. YLF Limousine & Sedan Services does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes. Waiting charges begin 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.

Stretch Limousine Cancellations (Applies to Stretch Limousines, Vans, Minibus, and Coach Vehicles): A 30% Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold all stretch Limousine, Coach and Minibus reservations. Cancellations within 7 Days of this reservation forfeit 50% of the total bill plus 20% service fee, up to 72 hours 100% plus 20% service fee of the total bill will be forfeited without exception
YLF Limousine & Sedan Services will not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and break- downs. Our company reserves the right to substitute vehicle in the event the limousine company for reasons beyond it's control unable to perform under this agreement, its liability is limited to a full refund of money is paid by customer and shall not exceed the deposit paid. I understand if cancellation is made there will be no refund of deposit.

YLF Limousine & Sedan Services assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in the vehicle. Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicle(s). Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.

YLF Limousine & Sedan Services reserves the right to cancel any Service without Refund, if the Operator or the Office feels that the Renter/Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or The Mode of Transportation or The Renter/Party of the Renter in danger of Injury. Or if the Renter/Party of the Renter is in the possession of any Illegal Material or Substance, this service will be canceled without refund.

Indemnity: The client shall indemnify and hold harmless YLF Limousine Services from any losses, cost, expense and damages on account of collision. YLF Limousine Services shall maintain a comprehensive insurance policy on all its vehicles. The liability of YLF Limousine Services for damage to client(s) body or property shall not exceed the amount recoverable from such insurance.

 
 
This agreement shall be enforced under the law of State of Maryland.
